At Poppetino, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Returns for Unused and Unworn Items:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unworn items within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Faulty Items:

All items undergo rigorous quality checks during production and prior to customer delivery. However, if you happen to receive a faulty item, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange, and we will cover the cost of shipping.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@poppetino.com. Provide your order details and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

4. Rejection of Non-Compliant Items:

Poppetino reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy. Items that have been used or worn out will not be accepted for return.

5. Returns for Non-Faulty Items:

If customers wish to return an item that is not faulty, they are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the item back to our address within 14 days of purchase.

6. Time Frame for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and packaging.

7. Customer Provides Return Shipping:

We don't currently offer free returns and therefor customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-faulty items.
