Meet Frankie, my Miniature Dachshund and the original muse behind Poppetino. When I brought him home in 2023, I began the search for high-quality walking accessories that matched both his personality and my own taste: stylish, minimal, comfortable, and built to last. But everything I found was either overly branded, garishly patterned, or lacking in function. I ended up piecing together a four-piece set from three different brands—proof that there was a gap in the market for something better.

With over eight years in the fashion industry and time spent at a pet startup, I knew I could combine my love for good design and dogs to create something more thoughtful. That’s how Poppetino was born.

Our debut collection includes smart, well-designed four-piece walking sets: a harness, lead, collar, and poo bag dispenser. Each piece is made to be durable, comfortable, and easy to clean, all while delivering a clean, modern aesthetic that complements any breed. Our harnesses are crafted from breathable nylon that’s soft enough for all-day wear and machine washable for easy care. Our waterproof collars and leads are made from reinforced vinyl — resistant to dirt, mud, and moisture, so you can simply wipe clean and go.

As Poppetino evolved, I realised the walking experience didn’t stop at accessories — it included the essentials you carry too. Traditional poo bags were practical but rarely attractive, and often made from plastic. So we designed our own: sleek, neutral-toned, and fully compostable. They’re strong enough to handle the messiest moments), while keeping things stylish and cohesive. Because no detail is too small when it comes to looking good on the go.
